AI in practice

With Grok Bot, I keep things simple: clear context, limited routines and my approval before anything is sent.

One agent per file

Every client file has its own AI agent. I keep contexts separate to follow conversations and decisions. The agent works on its file, not a mixture of all my conversations.

A Drive as memory

A Drive folder serves as shared memory. I gather useful documents, decisions and next actions there. I take time to write down what matters: the agent cannot guess what I have not recorded.

Routines with controlled costs

I cap routines: emails three times a day on weekdays, scanning meeting recordings once in the evening. I prefer a useful rhythm to agents running all the time.

I approve before sending

The agent prepares and suggests. I review, correct if necessary and always approve before sending. I remain responsible for what I share and for the client relationship.
