One agent per file, a Drive as memory

I run Core Agence. In my daily work, I am not trying to put AI everywhere. I mainly want to keep track of each file. Every client file has its own AI agent. I give it a working context tied to that file, rather than mixing everything into a single conversation.

A Drive folder serves as shared memory. I keep useful documents, decisions and next actions there. It is not a magical memory. If information is missing or a decision has not been written down, the agent cannot guess it. That pushes me to be clearer about my own way of working.

With Grok Bot, routines replace reminders. I do not want to spend the day asking where things stand. I prefer to define what needs reviewing and what deserves my attention, then return to the useful points.

I stay in the loop. The agent prepares, gathers and suggests. I review and approve before anything is sent. This setup does not replace the client relationship. It gives me somewhere to find the context, so I can pick up a discussion without starting from scratch.
